Formerly Vilamoura 1, and now renamed the Old Course, it is the best known course on the Algarve and has recently undergone a complete refurbishment culminating in a real treat for golfers. Greens, fairways and tees have been contoured and re-seeded, and the whole course is now in pristine condition. A new luxurious clubhouse has been built overlooking the 1st tee and the 5th and 18th greens.
