Wilkinson Travel Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 
Early reservations are essential.  A non-refundable deposit of 30% per person is required (unless otherwise noted) to hold your reservation. The final balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival.  The total price of the tour is not guaranteed until Wilkinson Golf has received payment in full. Tour space may be released or cancelled if any tour participant fails to meet any of the required payments schedule.

CANCELLATION CHARGES AND REFUND POLICY: 
Cancellation of reservations by the participant must be in writing to Wilkinson Golf, 34/36 Canmore Street, Dunfermline, Fife KY12 7NT, Scotland or by fax on +44(0)1383 841600. Our telephone number is +44(0) 1383 629940. Cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions: (unless otherwise noted), 30% of the tour cost per person to include the handling fee and liquidated damages is non-refundable.  56 to 32 days prior to departure, 75% of the full invoice price per person. Within 32 days prior to departure, 100% of full invoice price. Any other non-retrievable cancellation charges will also be withheld, an example of which is the participants fixed share of any ground transportation arrangements. We strongly advise that you take out trip cancellation insurance to cover these charges.

CONDITIONS:   
In event of trip cancellation by Wilkinson Golf, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.  Wilkinson Golf reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. Wilkinson Golf reserves the right to cancel any individuals’ participation in a tour, or any part thereof, by refunding a proportionate balance for the unused portion of the tour.  There will be no refunds for any absence from the tour once it commences, that is for such things as missed meals, golf, sightseeing or any other activities in the tour.  Wilkinson Golf is not responsible for personal injury, accident, or illness; or for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings. 

RESPONSIBILITY:           
Individual participants acknowledge that Wilkinson Golf acts only as the agent for the actual suppliers of transportation and all other travel-related and golf services and accommodations.  Wilkinson Golf assumes no responsibility for, and participant hereby releases Wilkinson Golf from, any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that participant may incur relating to the failure by any third party (such as an airline, hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; the negligence or wilful misconduct of any third party in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services. We accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events such as strikes, riots, political unrest, war hostilities, or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, weather problems or any other event or action not within the control of Wilkinson Golf.  Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the passengers, or changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our itinerary.

CHANGES:  
An administrative fee of £10 (or 10 Euro if tour priced in that currency) per change per person up to a maximum of £150 (150 Euro) will be charged for any changes to the itinerary requested by client/travel agent after a deposit payment has been received.

TRANSPORTATION:
Drivers must be 23 years of age or older.  The maximum age is 75 years. On trips where a chauffeured transfer or a dedicated chauffeur is included all transfers are based on the group travelling together. If participants within a group have varied arrival and departure arrangements then additional transfers may be required and are not included in the trip cost. Similarly when an airport “Meet & Greet” service is included then it is based on the whole group arriving at the same time.
