As a "bounceback" destination Aberdeen may be surprising to some but it is now a city that offeres soem of the best value hotel accommodation in all of Scotland. Cruden Bay is probably the most recognisable course on any list of North East Scotland courses, and rightly so. Back in the ealry 90's Cruden Bay registerd at number 99 in the Golf Digest top 100 list of wolrdwide courses,  and ever since it's reputation has grown to an extent that it now features on just about every clients wish list of Scottish courses. 

Within an easy drive of Aberdeen city you can play Royal Aberdeen and the true classics of Murcar Links and Fraserburgh. 

Aberdeen is a little over one hours drive from Carnoustie so it makes a lot of sense to combine these two regions in a 6 nigts 5/6 round tour.
